We got to try this cart at the Scottish festival. Ordering was a little confusing, the names of the plates were different on the hand written menu compared to the printed ones, but the service was quick.
I found out about this place when I went to the fair with my husband over the summer. I'm always interested in trying out a new business I had never heard of before.
We passed this Food Truck that parks at the entrance to Meadowlark RV Park every time we went in and out. That's teasing look made us want to stop at the Oregon Smoke Shack!
